The 2013-2014 Board of Directors
The Kikiktagruk Inupiat Corporation (KIC) Board of Directors is currently made up of seven members whose primary purpose is to promote the interest of the corporation and its shareholders. The Board appoints committees, determines their mandates, and selects their members and chairpersons. The Board also oversees the integrity of internal controls and management information systems. 2013-2014 Board of Directors: Meetings are held the fourth Thursday of every month.
