The Kikiktagruk Inupiat Corporation will hold the 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Thursday, October 14, 2021 via webcast. Like last year, due to cautionary measures implemented as a result of the COVID-19 virus, we will present a pre-recorded virtual presentation. KIC invites Shareholders to participate by voting a proxy, submitting a question, and watching the meeting via a link provided at http://kikiktagruk.com.
Proxy prizes include:
- (4) Four Early Bird Proxy Prizes of $1000.00 each. Submit your proxy by October 4, 2021 at 5 p.m. to be entered to win.
- (10) Ten Proxy Prizes of $500.00 each. Submit your proxy by October 11, 2021 at 5 p.m. to be entered to win.
To vote by proxy, sign, and date your Proxy Card which was mailed to your address on file. Return completed proxy to the election judge, or e-vote prior to proxy deadline.
